- Gold is valued at spot price on the day and if preferred, bought outright with a 6% reduction on the spot price or can be sold at auction at 10% commission.
- Funds paid to the estate within 1 week of sale.

Bulky Waste Removal.
Your local council should offer a bulky waste collection service. We recommend you check with them first as they will be much cheaper than companies like us.
Upholstered furniture now falls under the POPs ( Persistent Organic Pollutants) regulations and is expensive to dispose of. Fridges and Mattresses are also more expensive due the the disposal requirements.
