If a mattress is spotless, or a fridge / freezer is clean and working we would not add a surcharge. Sofas and other upholstered furniture may have a POPs surcharge. This means Persistent Organic Pollutants which is present in foam filled furniture.
Clear This Ltd. follow all current environmental legislation when disposing of these items. Mattresses are taken to a specialist mattress recycling company in Lancashire. Everything else it dealt with in the appropriate manner, safely and legally.
