Bulky Waste Removal.
Clear This Ltd do offer bulky waste collection in addition to our house clearance services.
Your local council should offer a bulky waste collection service too. We recommend you check with them first as they will be much cheaper than companies like us.
Upholstered furniture now falls under the POPs ( Persistent Organic Pollutants) regulations and is expensive to dispose of. Fridges and Mattresses are also more expensive due the the disposal requirements.

The majority of jobs we do are due to bereavement. Every item in the property has a story, a memory and often a sentimental value. Jennie and her teams are aware that when we clear a house, we are packing away a life for the final time.
Our auctions allow us to re-home so much stuff and ensure the maximum amount gets another life with a new owner.
Any value we retrieve from properties we clear is offset against the cost of the clearance. A Reduction in cost can be applied in two ways.
When we quote for the house clearance, a note will be taken of any value. That total value can be deducted the cost of the clearance accordingly.
The other way is for us to sell the items for you through our live online auction. You will receive the hammer price less 15% commission. Please note that auction prices cannot be guaranteed.
