Clear This Ltd. can only promise to make it a little easier to cope with. Most of our house clearance customers do not want to be there while the old family home is being emptied. This is not a problem. We will complete the clearance and return the keys to you as soon as we are done.
Clear This will re-home as much as possible from every clearance. We take zero to landfill and ensure maximum re-use and recycling of the property contents.
Discrete House Clearances
Everything is removed in our plain vans. We care about preserving the dignity of the deceased in our bereavement house clearances or indeed any other house clearance we do.
Soiled or stained mattresses for example will be covered before taking them out to our vans. The neighbours don’t need to see everything.

All quotes are free and without any obligation.
Some customers have requested a quote over the phone and to be truthful , this is pointless as every house is different. A phone quote is not a viable option.
We visit so we can give you an accurate quote and assess any value in the property contents. This value will be used to reduce the overall cost. In some cases, the value in the property may exceed the cost. In this case we would pay you the difference.
